1821 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms governing the use of the 1821 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By registering or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms & Age Requirement
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1821 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, along with all related policies referenced herein.
Use of the 1821 platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 years and above. If you are below the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction, you are not permitted to use this platform in any capacity. 1821 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account that does not meet this age requirement.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 1821 ("Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) account on the 1821 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, phone number, and any other details requested.
Password & Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and the security of your account. 1821 will never ask for your password via email, messaging, or any other channel. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you have promptly reported a compromise to us. You must notify the 1821 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
- Using the platform for fraudulent purposes, money laundering, or any other illegal activity is strictly prohibited.
- The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Sharing your account with another individual or allowing a third party to access your account is strictly prohibited.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors on the platform is strictly prohibited.
- Users must act in good faith and must not engage in any conduct that could compromise the integrity of the games or the platform.
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All transactions on the 1821 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform does not accept foreign currencies directly and is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by third-party financial institutions.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via approved payment methods, including FPX (Malaysian internet banking) and supported e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to the payment method type and account membership tier. All deposits are subject to verification before being credited to the account balance.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as the 1821 account profile. 1821 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Processing times vary depending on the selected method and account verification status, and typically take between one to three business days.
Cancellations & Refunds
Deposits that have been successfully credited to an account cannot be reversed. Confirmed bets or game transactions cannot be withdrawn. 1821 does not offer refunds for gaming losses. Any issues relating to failed or disputed transactions must be reported to the support team within 30 days of the transaction date.
Liability Limits, Account Suspension & Closure
Platform Liability Limits
The 1821 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors, or fully secure from external threats. To the extent permitted by applicable law, 1821 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
Account Suspension
1821 reserves the right to suspend an account without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of terms, or upon request from the relevant authorities. During the suspension period, access to the account and its funds will be restricted until the investigation is concluded.
Account Closure
1821 reserves the right to permanently close an account found to be in breach of any terms outlined here, particularly those relating to multiple account registrations, fraud, money laundering, or repeated violations. In cases where an account is closed due to fraud, the balance in that account may be forfeited. Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 1821 support team, and any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal subject to identity verification.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Miscellaneous Provisions
Intellectual Property
All content on the 1821 platform, including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software, and brand names, is the property of 1821 or our licensors. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 1821.
Third-Party Links
The 1821 platform may contain references or links to third-party services, game providers, or information sources. 1821 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
Changes to Terms
1821 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the platform's operations. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms will be resolved through the designated channels.
